Lead complex engagements and help build Pragmatk itself.

As a Senior Product Engineer, you’ll operate as a hybrid product leader, systems thinker, technical advisor, and hands-on builder. You’ll work directly with executives and operational leaders to identify high-value opportunities, shape solutions, guide delivery, and ensure the resulting system creates measurable value.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Lead engagements from discovery and opportunity definition through launch, adoption, and continuous improvement.
• Connect technology decisions to revenue, cost, risk, customer experience, and operational performance.
• Diagnose complex operational and product problems before prescribing solutions.
• Define product vision, system boundaries, delivery strategy, implementation phases, and measurable outcomes.
• Guide architecture and technical decisions while contributing directly when needed.
• Lead small multidisciplinary teams and maintain alignment among scope, commercial constraints, client expectations, and technical reality.
• Design AI-enabled systems with appropriate human oversight, reliability, security, and operational control.
• Shape proposals, scopes, estimates, roadmaps, and engagement plans.
• Mentor Product Engineers and Associate Product Engineers.
• Establish reusable standards, components, workflows, agents, and delivery accelerators.
• Identify opportunities for managed services, recurring revenue, productized offerings, and proprietary Pragmatk capabilities.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• Typically 7+ years across product development, software engineering, technical consulting, digital transformation, automation, or related work.
• A history of leading complex products, platforms, transformation programs, or client engagements.
• Experience working directly with senior executives and operational leaders.
• Strong product judgment with credible technical depth.
• Experience leading small, high-performing multidisciplinary teams.
• Practical AI, automation, data, or agent implementation experience.
• Commercial awareness across scope, effort, margin, risk, and professional-services economics.
• Excellent facilitation and executive communication, a low-ego leadership style, and willingness to stay close to the work.
