How we work as a team
One team around the problem.
Pragmatk brings strategy, product, design, engineering, integration, and AI together around the work. The disciplines overlap by design. The person shaping the product may also be prototyping it. The engineer solving the back end may be the same person thinking through the interface.
Around the partner group is a small team of senior practitioners and trusted specialists. We bring in the right people for the work, keep the team tight, and stay directly involved from start to finish.
Partner profiles and photographs will be added once the final bios and permissions are approved.

Dallas-based. Built to work anywhere.
Most of our clients are in Texas and the surrounding region. We work remotely when that keeps things moving and get in the room when the work benefits from it, for mapping sessions, working reviews, product decisions, and the moments when a whiteboard is simply better.
We apply the same standard to AI. We use it in our own work, test its output, and hold senior people accountable for what ships.
