Associate Product EngineerHelp turn complex business problems into working systems.
As an Associate Product Engineer, you’ll help design, build, test, and improve digital products and AI-enabled business systems. This is an early-career role for someone who wants to become more than a narrowly defined developer, designer, analyst, or project coordinator.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Support client discovery through research, documentation, process mapping, and requirements analysis.
• Translate business needs into user stories, workflows, prototypes, features, and technical tasks.
• Build and improve software features, integrations, automations, internal tools, and AI-enabled workflows.
• Participate in product design, architecture, engineering, testing, and releases.
• Use AI-assisted tools responsibly to improve speed and quality.
• Test carefully, document decisions, and surface questions, risks, and blockers early.
• Contribute across an engagement rather than remaining confined to one narrow specialty.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
• You understand the business purpose behind your work.
• You complete clearly defined work with decreasing supervision.
• You produce thoughtful, reliable output suitable for production.
• You ask strong questions and surface uncertainty early.
• You grow in product thinking, technical judgment, and client communication.
• You make the team faster without creating unnecessary complexity.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• Approximately 1–3 years of relevant experience, including internships, freelance work, substantial personal projects, or equivalent ability.
• Experience in at least one area such as software engineering, product design, UX, data, automation, systems analysis, or technical implementation.
• Evidence that you can turn ideas into working output.
• Strong communication, curiosity about how businesses operate, comfort with feedback, and attention to detail.
• Interest in AI as a practical tool for improving products and operations.
A specific degree is not required. Demonstrated capability, learning velocity, and professional judgment matter more than credentials alone.
This role may not be right for you if you prefer fully specified tickets, want to stay in one narrow discipline, avoid communicating when requirements are unclear, or treat AI-generated output as inherently correct.
